Bayern Munich fans who love a good retro jersey might want to start saving their money. According to a report from Footy Headlines, as captured by @iMiaSanMia, Bayern and Deutsche Telekom are preparing a three-kit collection to celebrate their 25th anniversary as partners in 2027.
The collection reportedly includes a fifth kit with a white base and magenta accents, although the final design remains unknown. That should make for an interesting look, even if Bayern supporters who prefer the club’s traditional
red and white might need some convincing.
FC Bayern and Deutsche Telekom will celebrate the 25th anniversary of their iconic partnership in 2027 with a special three-kit collection
-A 5th kit featuring a white base paired with magenta accents (final design still unknown)
-A 1-to-1 remake of the classic 02-03 away shirt with the vintage ‘T-Mobile’ chest sponsor
-A sleek blackout version of the 02-03 away shirt

The other two releases should appeal to nostalgia lovers. Adidas is reportedly preparing a faithful remake of Bayern’s 2002/03 away shirt, complete with the vintage T-Mobile chest sponsor, alongside a sleek blackout version of the same design.
Telekom first appeared on Bayern’s jerseys in 2002, replacing Opel as the club’s main shirt sponsor. The timing also brings back memories of a successful campaign: Bayern won both the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal in 2002/03. The partnership has since continued for more than two decades, and the clubs extended their agreement through 2032 in 2025, according to FC Bayern’s official announcement.
Three anniversary shirts, two decades of history, and one very familiar magenta logo. Which one are you buying?
