
Today, the San Diego Wave FC announced they have re-signed defender Kennedy Wesley to a three-year contract through the end of the 2028 season.

Wesley was selected 12th overall in the first round of the 2024 NWSL Draft from Stanford University. She has earned 25 appearances (21 starts) for San Diego and has recorded three goals across all competitions.
Internationally, Welsey has represented the U.S. Youth National Teams at the U-17, U-20, and U-23 levels. Her latest appearances were for the USWNT U-23 two friendly matches against Germany.
