First off, if you are in way of the oncoming hurricane our thoughts and prayers are with you. We will not hear from Barry this weekend due to this, so again, be safe one and all.
The Arizona Cardinals offense was supposed to be better.
Maybe it is, they are scoring a little bit more, but they are by far one of the least enjoyable teams to watch in the NFL right now.
Their quarterback is averaging the lowest yards per attempt in the NFL with 5.37 yards per attempt, and the third lowest average depth
of target in the NFL at 6.25.
So, it is no surprise that the Cardinals passing game is the least explosive in the NFL, while their run game… is also the least explosive in the NFL.
Is this the Mike LaFleur offense?
Why did they invest in Jeremiyah Love, Isaac Seumalo and pay Jacoby Brissett if their offense was going to be a death by 1000 cuts style?
What is the plan to get guys a chance to make plays with the ball in their hands, when you not only have the lowest yards per attempt, third lowest aDot and create the least amount of yards after catch?
This offense just doesn’t do much well, but hey… the Lions could change that this week, with the worst passing defense in the NFL.
