UFC 332 went down last night (Sat., Oct. 3, 2026) inside Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, which saw Natalia Silva capture the vacant women’s Flyweight title by defeating Wang Cong via unanimous decision (recap here). In the co-main event, Payton Talbott eliminated Deiveson Figueiredo in the very first round (highlights), while Roman Kopylov
dusted Ateba Gautier, also in the very first round.
Winner: Natalia Silva
Who She Should Face Next: Alexa Grasso
In a perfect world, Silva would be defending
the title against former division queen, Valentina Shevchenko, who was forced to leave the title behind due to a serious injury, which allowed Cong to take part in the title fight. But since “Bullet” will be out for almost a year, it opens up the door for Grasso to get the title fight. Grasso — another former 125-pound champion — is on a two-fight win streak over Maycee Barber and most recently Manon Fiorot. She is currently ranked No. 2 in the division, and does have a loss to Silva, so the storyline is built in. But we don’t know what the promotion is feeling at the moment, and matchmakers could very well book a title eliminator fight between Grasso and Erin Blanchfield, who is currently ranked No. 3 and on a two-fight win streak.
Winner: Payton Talbott
Who He Should Face Next: Sticking with Raul Rosas Jr. (Sean O’ Malley a longshot)
Last week I suggested Raul Rosas Jr. face the winner of the Talbott vs. Figueiredo winner, but after Talbott’s win he called for a fight against Sean O’ Malley. While some would prefer that a fight between Talbott and Rosas Jr. will take place further down the road, the O’ Malley fight might not make a ton of sense right now, though he would be another former champion for Talbott to test his skills up against. The problem is, “Suga” thinks he’s up for a title shot, which will likely make this fight a bit tougher for him to accept. Some may not like two prospects in Rosas Jr. and Talbott to fight at the moment, but it may be one that could be easier to book.
Winner: Esteban Ribovics
Who He Should Face Next: Jaline Turner
Ribovics put on an exceptional performance against Green for his second straight knockout win, putting him in line for a potential spot in the Top 15. If he doesn’t get it, perhaps if he can take out the No. 15 ranked guy in the division in Turner, who is also on a two-fight knockout win streak. Both men have been at the fight game for a while and they seem to be coming into their own. Let’s pit them against one another to see who can take that next big step.
Winner: Roberto Soldic
Who He Should Face Next: Jeremiah Wells
Soldic impressed in his UFC debut by getting a decision win over Khaos Williams, so let’s set him up against another experienced veteran in Wells. It’s not a big step up, but not a baby one either. Soldic is a former double champion, he he has the shills and experience to not have to take it slow. Wells is currently on a two-fight win streak and is coming off a win over Myktybek Orolbai.
Winner: Roman Kopylov
Who He Should Face Next: Shara Magomedov
Kopylov derailed the Ateba Gautier hype train for his second straight win (highlights). Up next, I wouldn’t mind seeing him face off against an equally-dangerous striker as himself in the form of Magomedov. “Bullet” is currently ranked No. 15 at the moment and is riding a two-fight win streak, with his most recent win coming against Michel Pereira. Both men have nice standup and are not afraid to go for broke, which would make for a fan-friendly showdown.
