During the broadcast for Noche de Los Grandes on Saturday night, WWE announced a few interesting event dates. Raw and SmackDown return to Mexico after 15 years, and the locations for AAA Triplemania are confirmed.
WWE is touring Mexico in September. House shows hit Guadalajara on the 9th and Monterrey on the 10th. That leads to official episodes of SmackDown and Raw on September 11 and 14. The last time WWE filmed TV in Mexico was on October 17, 2011 for Raw from Mexico City. Another reason that those
September dates are interesting is because they fall so close to Mexico’s Independence Day holiday celebrated the night of the 15th and officially on the 16th. That is a heck of a vacation idea for wrestling fans. Double down and catch a CMLL show in Arena Mexico too.
AAA previously announced the plan for Triplemania 34 as a two-night spectacle, and now the location for night one is confirmed. Triplemania 34 will be hosted at Luxor Theater in Las Vegas on September 11 while WWE is in Mexico, then head back to where the main roster stars are for it conclusion from Arena CDMX in Mexico City on September 13.
