The Texas Longhorns’ most recent starting quarterback, Quinn Ewers, is now listed on an NFL team’s final rosters. Ewers avoided the final rounds of the Miami Dolphins roster eliminations earlier this week. Although the Dolphins have yet to release a depth chart, it’s expected that Ewers will serve as the team’s third-string quarterback behind starter Tua Tagovailoa and backup Zach Wilson—a former starter for the New York Jets.
