“The last two years, the Giants were 2-15 in one-score games. Last year, they were 1-7. Nobody was close to that bad,” Cowherd said. “They have Dart, who was pretty good as a rookie. [Cam] Skattebo is back. They’ve added pieces on the offensive line. Arvell Reese, Malachi Fields, Notre Dame wide receiver, Francis Mauigoa, who was solid from Miami. So I love their draft class. I don’t think this is an 11, 12-win team. I think they sneak in as a wild card.
Commanders adding WR Stefon Diggs on 1-year, $12M deal | The Athletic
In need of receiver depth and another proven playmaker, the Washington Commanders agreed to a one-year, $12 million deal with veteran wideout Stefon Diggs, according to a league source who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.
Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post reported that there were “some messages exchanged” between Diggs and the Giants, but they never got to the point of talking contract.
