Barcelona are reportedly seeking to secure a loan of €210 million to fund a summer spending spree to strengthen the first-team squad.
The Catalans have already signed Anthony Gordon in a deal worth €80m and are also said to be hoping to land Karim Adeyemi and Julian Alvarez.
According to Cadena SER, Barcelona want to secure a “€210 million loan against its television rights payments for the coming seasons” to help when it comes to transfers.
The Catalans are hoping to be back at the 1:1 rule this summer
but expect to exceed La Liga’s Financial Fair Play regulations again next season.
The reports adds that “delays in the Camp Nou renovations” have caused “some cash flow problems” which has seen Barcelona seek a loan to cover “expenses in the coming months.”
Dortmund are said to want around €40m for Adeyemi, although that price may come down as he’s in the last month of his contract, while Atletico are reportedly asking for €150m for Alvarez.
