Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year, we ask questions of the most plugged-in Bears fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
After Ben Johnson was hired, Chicago Bears fans were feeling pretty good about the direction of the franchise. Sure, the Bears still failed to ‘line it up,’ by getting general manager,
head coach, and quarterback all on the same timeline, but adding Johnson to work with the 2024 number one overall draft pick, Caleb Williams, seemed like the next best thing.
Every Reacts confidence survey we ran over the offseason came back with high marks, and the last one we ran had 85% of you confident the Bears are heading in the right direction.
But that was last week, before the Bears lost to the Minnesota Vikings 24 to 27 following a fourth quarter collapse that felt all too familiar.
After sleeping on the game, how do you feel about the franchise’s direction now? Was the loss a case of working out the kinks of the new offense, or is it a precursor to more of the same old Bears?
Vote in this week’s poll and we’ll share your results in a few days.
