Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year, we ask questions of the most plugged-in Bears fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
The Chicago Bears are coming off their first NFC North title since 2018, and they are looking for their first back-to-back division crowns since the 2005 and 2006 seasons.
But standing in their way is the toughest division in football.
They’ll face stiff competition in the NFC North
as they try to repeat because every team is coming off a winning record. In 2026, the Bears (11-6) were followed by the Green Bay Packers (9-7-1), with the Minnesota Vikings finishing third (9-8), and the Detroit Lions bringing up the rear (9-8). That’s just the second time since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970 that one division had every team finish above .500.
Last year, the Bears split with the Packers and Vikings, while the Lions swept both games.
The Packers last won the NFC North in 2021, which was their third consecutive division championship. The Vikings last won it in 2022, and the Lions won it in 2023 and 2024.
Which team do you think is Chicago’s biggest threat to stop them from repeating?
Vote in this week’s Reacts poll, and we’ll share your results in a few days.
