The Arizona Cardinals introduced their newest new head coach, Mike LaFleur at an introductory press conference.
LaFleur was flanked by his family, and his brother, Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur.
It was a great intro and a good change up from what was the Jonathan Gannon era, where the show of emotion was almost always proof of… Well I’m not sure, but Gannon didn’t believe in it.
LaFleur on the other hand seemed personable and open.
Coach LaFleur said all the right things, let’s be honest, there were a lot of negative aspects of what had happened over the last month with the Cardinals and their search.
Maybe it was a little on the nose, but needed right now.
The Cardinals need LaFleur to be a hit. A homerun would be great, but a guy who consistently hits and gets on base would do well for now.
His introduction was everything you wanted to hear and more, and was a great start.
What was your takeaway from the Arizona Cardinals new head coach’s introductory press conference?
