It’s official, the New Orleans Saints’ Swiss Army Knife is bidding goodbye as Taysom Hill just released a statement on social media saying that after 9 years, his time in the black and gold is over.
However, Hill stopped short of saying that he is retiring: “I’ve taken time this offseason to think carefully about what comes next for my family and me. I still don’t have a clear answer about what the future holds, but I know that returning to New Orleans is not in the cards.”
Hill first signed with the Saints in 2017 and his unique versatility playing at QB, WR, RB and TE has cemented him into NFL record books when last year, Hill became the only player in the Super Bowl era to accumulate at least 1,000 career passing, rushing and receiving yards.
