The L.A. Rams listed Byron Young as questionable, but Sean McVay expects the edge rusher to be ready to go without limitations on Sunday, while the Seattle Seahawks didn’t have injury designations for quarterback Sam Darnold or left tackle Charles Cross. For the most part, both teams will be as healthy as either side can hope going into the NFC Championship.
The Rams ruled out Rob Havenstein from a return this week, but signs are pointing up for the veteran right tackle if L.A. goes to the Super Bowl.
Even if Havenstein were healthy, it does not seem like Warren McClendon is ever giving back that job.
Darnold was limited last week with an oblique injury but was able to start against the 49ers. Cross has been dealing with an injury for a month but appears to have shook off those issues this week.
Quentin Lake, Emmanuel Forbes, and Josiah Stewart were full participants in practice and have no injury designation.
