Barcelona players were back to work on Monday at the Ciutat Esportiva, undergoing medical checks ahead of the start of pre-season training on Tuesday.
Hansi Flick is of course without many of his first-team regular due to World Cup commitments but has called up 25 players for the start of pre-season, including a host of youngsters.
There are also 10 first-team players ready to go, including Marc-Andre ter Stegen who is expected to complete a transfer to Ajax soon. Fermin Lopez is also included as he continues
his recovery from a broken metatarsal. Ronald Araujo has reported back but is not due back to training just yet due to his calf injury.
Here are the first-teamers starting pre-season with Barca.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Wojciech Szczeseny, Alejandro Balde, Andreas Christensen, Fermín Lopez , Marc Casadó, Gerard Martín, Marc Bernal, Héctor Fort and Roony Bardghji.
Flick will also start off the campaign with a host of youngsters, including Hamza Abdelkarim following his exploits at World Cup 2026, while Xavi Espart also starts pre-season just days winning the Under-19s Euros with Spain.

Aron Yaakobishvili, Jofre Torrents, Alvaro Cortés, Hafiz Gariba, Tommy Marques, Orian Goren, Ebrima Tunkara, Ibrahim Diarra, Guille Fernandez, Alex Gonzalez, Shane Kluivert, Toni Fernandez, Oscar Gistau, Xavi Espart and Hamza Abdelkarim.
