The former NFL linebacker is staying ridiculously active.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight prospect Anthony Wint will make a rapid turnaround against undefeated promotional newcomer Lucas Armand at UFC 332 next month (Sat., Oct. 3, 2026) inside Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Heavy.com was first to report the Heavyweight matchup.
Wint (8-0) was not kidding when he told UFC CEO Dana White that he wanted to remain incredibly active.
“Bow Down” earned his UFC contract with a violent
34-second knockout over Matt Adams during Week 1 of Contender Series on Aug. 11, 2026 (watch highlights). Just 11 days later, Wint made his Octagon debut at UFC Sacramento, submitting Terrance Chatman with an arm-triangle choke in the first round (watch highlights).
Now, only 43 days after his successful UFC debut, the former New York Jets linebacker will return for his second Octagon appearance. UFC 332 will mark Wint’s third professional fight in just 54 days.
That is one hell of a schedule for a Heavyweight.
Wint owns an 88 percent finish rate with five knockouts and two submissions. He will now attempt to remain perfect while competing at Salt Lake City’s notoriously challenging elevation.
Armand enters his short-notice UFC debut with a perfect 6-0 professional record and five knockout victories.
The 30-year-old is the reigning 2 Piece Promotions Heavyweight champion and has successfully defended his title twice. Armand most recently stopped Cameron Graham in the fourth round and previously demolished former UFC Heavyweight Braxton Smith in less than two minutes.
With both men undefeated and carrying serious finishing power, do not expect this Heavyweight collision to require the judges.
With Wint vs. Armand added, UFC 332 now features 13 bouts. Barring the inevitable last-minute MMA chaos, here is the current lineup:
