In case if you missed it yesterday, the Missouri Tigers have added another player this offseason as the transfer portal period has come to a close. Eli Drinkwitz and the staff have bolstered their edge rush depth with the commitment of Louisville transfer CJ May.
The potential over production theme continues
this portal cycle as May redshirted his freshman season at Louisville and will have four years of eligibility remaining with the Tigers.
May committed to Missouri fresh off of a visit to Columbia, and Austin Simmons did some recruiting.
As a prospect out of high school, May was rated as a four-star recruit and was originally committed to Notre Dame back in 2023.
CJ May becomes the 24th overall transfer portal addition for Mizzou this offseason.
