The New York Giants continue to nibble away at the appetizers on the menu as they await word as to when, or if, they will get an audience with John Harbaugh, the main course in their search for a new head
coach.
The Giants will interview Indianapolis Colts’ defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo on Tuesday, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.
The Giants will have a full dance card on Tuesday. Former Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy will interview with the team Monday night and Tuesday.
Anarumo has ties to Giants GM Joe Schoen from their time together with the Miami Dolphins, and interviewed for the Giants’ head coaching vacancy in 2022. He was Giants’ defensive backs coach in 2018 under Pat Shurmur.
The 59-year-old Staten Island native has never been a head coach. He was Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator from 2019-2024, and worked in that same capacity for the Colts in 2025.
