While the offseason has started for 27 of 30 MLB teams, not much news is out there as teams can only currently focus on business with players on their roster. And though he is under contract, one player the Braves will need to focus on is Jurickson Profar. As reported over the past few days, Profar will play winter ball in Venezuela in the coming months. This is important as it is the first baseball Profar will have played since before the 2026 season started. It will be interesting to see what the team decides
to do with Profar before the 2027 arrives.
