Today we’re talking about Mizzou Football
The status of Ahmad Hardy is still up in the air. In case if you missed over the weekend, ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported that Hardy won’t be available for Missouri’s season opener against Arkansas Pine-Bluff — and are now targeting a mid-September return.
What does that mean for Mizzou’s running back position? Jamal Roberts will be expected to start the season opener, but the coaching staff is keeping their options open. Per a report from On3’s Pete Nakos, Mizzou has emerged as one of the frontrunners for former Seahawks running back TJ Harden (yes, you read that right).
Kentucky is the other SEC team contending for Harden’s services, and with the season so close — we should expect a decision soon.
