Before the international break, Harry Kane scored his 100th and 101st Bundesliga goals in a 7-0 rout of Union Berlin. The shirt he wore in that match went up on an auction site and fetched a fee of just over 50 thousand euros.
Granted, Michael Olise scored a hat-trick in the same
game, and his shirt would no doubt easily match or outperform Kane’s if it too were put up for auction. It would imaginably go for at least 80–90 thousand euros, as Olise shirts are guaranteed money-makers, as proven by the French national football team.
Les Bleus ran out of Olise shirts during the World Cup earlier this year. Instead, he signed a shirt and sent it to former FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and Brazil star Neymar — someone Olise looked up to, who is also a big fan of Olise himself. Olise got Neymar’s shirt, also signed, in return.
