The bad news is that most stateside fans will have to get up early or set an alarm to catch all the early “prelims” action. The good news is that most stateside fans will be wrapped by mid-to-late afternoon and will have Saturday night to do … whatever it is people do on a Saturday night. Is dressing in neon colors and hanging out at the local roller rink still a thing?
UFC 333 features the featherweight title fight between current 145-pound champion Alexander Volkanovski and undefeated division contender Movsar Evloev. In the UFC 333 co-main event, Petr Yan defends his bantamweight strap opposite former 135-pound titleholder Merab Dvalishvili.
Additional main card matchups include the flyweight fracas pitting Lone’er Kavanagh against Ramazan Temirov, while Alexander Volkov and Rizvan Kuniev hook ‘em up at 265 pounds. In addition, Aaron Pico collides with Losene Keita in featherweight action.
