Week 2 of the NFL season is complete. The volume of NFL scoring definitely came back to earth in Week 2. Week 2 upsets included the Browns over the Buccaneers, the Saints marching into Baltimore to take down the Ravens, and the Las Vegas Raiders moving to 2-0 over the Los Angeles Chargers. My Week 2 picks brought a record of 9-7 again; giving me a 18-14 season total.

Atlanta Falcons @ Green Bay Packers — Thurs., 8:15 p.m. ET
The Falcons are a QB disaster right now. The Packers
have not played great football either but they should get a win at home. Green Bay typically starts off the season is in a slow manner but this should be an easy win.
My Pick: Packers 27-13
Los Angeles Chargers @ Buffalo Bills — Sun., 1:00 p.m. ET
The Chargers are drawing a lot of negativity right now. Meanwhile, Josh Allen and the Bills have been nearly unstoppable on offense.
My Pick: Bills 38-34
Carolina Panthers @ Cleveland Browns — Sun., 1:00 p.m. ET
I think Carolina has more pieces than people realize. The NFC South should come down to Carolina and New Orleans.

New York Jets @ Detroit Lions — Sun., 1:00 p.m. ET
Aaron Glenn vs Dan Campbell. I think this game will be closer than most realize.

Houston Texans @ Indianapolis Colts — Sun., 1:00 p.m. ET
This matchup is a big deal as the loser will fall to 0-3. The Texans desperately need a win after facing the Bills and Bengals to open the year. The Colts may be looking to fire Shane Steichen if they don’t win soon.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Miami Dolphins — Sun., 1:00 p.m. ET
Patrick Mahomes is back. And the Chiefs are dangerous when he’s doing his thing.

Tennessee Titans @ New York Giants — Sun., 1:00 p.m. ET
Cam Skattebo and Jaxson Dart should give the Giants enough to overcome Robert Saleh’s defense.
My Pick: Giants 23-17
Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers — Sun., 1:00 p.m. ET
The Steelers are in disarray. The Bengals might be starting off the year 3-0.

Seattle Seahawks @ Washington Commanders — Sun., 1:00 p.m. ET
Even though Sam Darnold is out, the Seahawks are fortunate to play the easy part of their schedule with Drew Lock. It helps that Jayden Daniels will be out.

Mike Vrabel might be able to disrupt Trevor Lawrence enough in this one. It will likely come down to the play of Drake Maye.

The 49ers look strong under Kyle Shanahan right now. Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffery give the 49ers a reason to be a Super Bowl contender.

Carson Wentz has led the Vikings to a 2-0 start while Baker Mayfield is making the Bucs regret their contract extension. I think Brian Flores could make life very difficult on Baker Mayfield.

Las Vegas Raiders @ New Orleans Saints — Sun., 4:25 p.m. ET
Tyler Shough continues to impress in his second year. Meanwhile Kirk Cousins is 2-0 with the Raiders. I’m going to go with Kirk and Co. as Cousins as familiarity playing at New Orleans.

Baltimore Ravens @ Dallas Cowboys — Sun., 4:25 p.m. ET (Rio De Janeiro, Brazil)
With the Cowboys defense being a weakness, I have to believe Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry will make them pay. The Cowboys defense has only been able to force 2 punts.
My Pick: Ravens 31-30
Los Angeles Rams @ Denver Broncos — Sun., 8:20 p.m. ET
Both teams won in Week 2 after disappointing Week 1 performances. Denver has an advantage with the game being at Mile High. The Broncos also boast a strong offensive and defensive line that could make life difficult for the Rams. The Broncos have one extra day to prepare not to mention the Rams having to travel on Saturday after their short week. And there still seems to be uncertainty regarding Puka Nacua’s groin/hip injury. The Broncos secondary is a lot stronger than the Giants secondary.
My Pick: Broncos 27-23
Philadelphia Eagles @ Chicago Bears — Mon., 8:15 p.m. ET
The Eagles are fortunate to face the Bears without Caleb Williams. Side note, the Eagles worst all time record is against the Bears.
