The Steelers continue to search for a quality No. 2 wide receiver. And with the NFL trade deadline just over two weeks away, several names to watch could be on the move sooner than later.
One name that
Steelers fans have really been circling is Las Vegas Raiders wideout Jakobi Meyers. The former Patriot is coming off a career year in which he caught 87 passes for over 1,000 yards, and currently has 29 catches for the 2-4 Raiders.
Even if the Steelers don’t acquire Meyers, it looks as if the Raiders are getting ready to trade him, as they’ve made him inactive for Las Vegas’ Week 7 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Several teams have been connected to Meyers, including his old team, the New England Patriots, and the Buffalo Bills.
