The Buffalo Bills and the Baltimore Ravens are set to face off in what is a huge AFC matchup. With a win, the Bills move to 6-1 and maintain their edge over the New England Patriots in the AFC East. With a loss, they lose pace not only with New England, but with the Kansas City Chiefs in the race for the AFC’s top overall seed.
Baltimore’s stakes are higher. Presently, they are 4-3, but they find themselves in fourth place in a surprisingly strong AFC North division. A win moves them to 5-3 and puts
them right in the thick of things. However, a loss drops them to 4-4 and, depending on some other AFC results, could put them in a terrible position in the first week of November.
Both teams have some key players returning from injury this week, but both teams also have key contributors who won’t be available. Here are the inactive players for each team this week.

WR Skyler Bell
After suiting up in the last two games thanks to DJ Moore’s absence, Bell is back to a healthy scratch with Moore returning. Joshua Palmer, who also missed Buffalo’s last game with an injury, is healthy and active this week, as well.
T Spencer Brown
After tweaking his back in practice this week, Brown was listed as questionable. Now, we know he’s out. Tylan Grable will likely start in his place. Rookie Jude Bowry is active for the first time this season.
G Ar’Maj Reed-Adams
The rookie seventh-round pick is once again a healthy scratch.
DL Greg Gaines
The veteran injured his calf in practice this week, and while he was listed as questionable, he’s not going to play today. Fortunately for Buffalo, Ed Oliver is back in action.
OLB Mike Danna
Rookie T.J. Parker was listed as quesitonable, so there was at least a shot that the veteran Danna would play this week. However, Parker is going to play, so Danna is once again a healthy scratch.
CB Dee Alford
With yesterday’s practice squad elevations of Geno Stone and A.J. Woods, as well as the signing of Te’Cory Couch to the active roster, this was something we expected. Couch will likely see plenty of time in the slot, although Woods is definitely an option there, as well.
S Jalon Kilgore
Looks like it’s Damar Hamlin and Geno Stone at safety to replace CJ Gardner-Johnson this week. I thought Kilgore would have an opportunity this week. I thought incorrectly.
