
D-II’s Western Oregon will make the trip up to Spokane on October 27th to take on Gonzaga. The Wolves finished last in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference in 2024-25 (5-23 overall record, 2-16 in league play).
Western Oregon coach Ryan Morton was Mark Few’s high school basketball coach at Creswell in Oregon from 1986-88.
No date has been set for the Baylor matchup, and it has been rumored to be pushed
to next season, essentially being replaced by Oregon. That would mean that the Zags would have room for one more potential buy game.
Gonzaga will face off against seven (potentially eight) programs that received a bid into last season’s NCAA Tournament during the non-conference. Here is where the full 2025-26 schedule currently stands, filled with Quad 1 opportunities:
