What is the story about?
Adolis García’s start in Philadelphia wasn’t a torrid one. In April he slashed .237/.330/.355. In May, that became .125/.218/.182. Offense tends to get better as the weather heats up. But García’s gotten a lot better with the bat in June. In this sixth month of 2026, he’s slashed .269/.269/.654. He’s hit three homers this month; he had four in March, April, and May combined. That’s promising stuff. But it’s also occurring over a very (very) slight sample size.
So, today’s question is: Do you think
Adolis García has turned a corner?
