The 2025-26 college basketball season has gone pretty well for the North Carolina Tar Heel men so far, with the notable exception of Seth Trimble’s injury. While the most recent game against Radford left
them with some things to work on, they’re 3-0 to this point, with one massive win over Kansas. Tonight, they’ll look to make that mark 4-0 as NC Central comes to town.
The other team from eight miles down the road, Central has not gotten off to the best of starts this year. They come into this game at 1-3, with the lone win coming over Division II Bluefield State. Their closest lost to this point, is an 18-point defeat to Appalachian State. The Eagles come into this game 347th out of 365 Division I teams in the KenPom ratings.
