, former Bayern Munich and Real Madrid defender David Alaba has reached a verbal agreement with Udinese.There are still some details to be finalized, but it does appear as if the Austrian is headed to Serie A for the next chapter of his career:

Alaba has been linked to several clubs over the past few weeks, including Inter Miami, Hamburger SV, and Union Berlin. Now, though, the defender appears to have settled in on Udinese. At 34-years-old, Alaba will join the 13th place in Serie A, which has one win, one draw, and three losses in the league so far. With 11 goals allowed vs. eight goals scored, Alaba will be seeking to help change the team’s luck.
