Fermin Lopez scored a hat-trick last time out for Barcelona against Olympiacos in the Champions League and has been asked what it would feel like to repeat that feat against Real Madrid.
The Barca youngster
admitted it would be “incredible” to take home another match ball but just wants the three points on Sunday afternoon.
“Scoring a hat trick in the Clásico? F***… I don’t know, it would be an incredible feeling. I hope it happens, but it’s a very difficult game. I’m happy if the team wins. I don’t care if I score or not. I hope I can have a great game and win,” he told Movistar.
“We know it’s a very important match, for us, for the club, and for the fans, above all. It’s a match everyone wants to play; everyone has that desire and that excitement. Hopefully we can put in a great performance and win.”
Fermin’s exploits last time out mean he is expected to start at the Santiago Bernabeu. Raphinha is also pushing for a place in the starting XI after returning to training this week after injury.
