Just when it looked the card was complete for AAA Ola de Calor, Rey Mysterio worked his general manager magic to create a banger which could steal the show.
Mysterio announced a #1 contender bout to challenge Rey Fenix at Triplemania for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship. The match includes high-flyers of the highest magnitude in Mini Vikingo, Jack Cartwheel, and Nathan Frazer from WWE.
Mini Vikingo recently challenged Fenix at Verano de Escandalo. Mini Vikingo showed spunk, but Fenix was just better on this evening. Mexican Musclebuster for the win.
If the story goes Mini Vikingo’s way, perhaps it will pay off on Dorian Roldan whispering in his ear after that title bout. El Ojo could use more bodies with Hijo del Vikingo out due to injury and Omos suspended.
If you have never seen Jack Cartwheel before, prepare to be dazzled. He blends cartwheels into creative offensive maneuvers. That may sound dorky. Trust me though. It is awesome. Here is a taste of Cartwheel from last year’s Guerra de Titanes event.
Nathan Frazer’s speed is top notch. He had his own crack at Fenix for the cruiserweight title in June, but a Mexican Musclebuster put him down for the three-count.
