WWE Crown Jewel will take place tomorrow (Sat., Nov. 7, 2026), and because parent company TKO is getting roughly $50 million for the premium live event to happen there, it’ll be in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. While there will a “Countdown” pre-show, the premium live event itself begins at 1 p.m. ET — streaming HERE on ESPN in the U.S., and on Netflix pretty much everywhere else.
Crown Jewel features the event’s signature clashes between WWE’s World champions, this year Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn, and Liv
Morgan vs. Chelsea Green. This year’s edition will also have a Last Man Standing battle, and a tag team war.
It’s a lot to process. Luckily for you Cagesiders, our staff of learned wrestling blowhards is here to help figure out just how the event is going to play out with predictions for each match on the card.
Let’s get to it.
WWE CROWN JEWEL PREDICTIONS
WWE Crown Jewel Championship: World Heavyweight Champ Roman Reigns vs. WWE Champ Sami Zayn
Geno Mrosko: It’s hard to imagine Zayn losing considering where they are but it’s just as difficult if not more so to imagine him beating Reigns, even considering how good he is right now. I’d put him right up there as far as his work. Maybe The 946 gets involved and it gives Sami the edge he needs to win but I just don’t see Reigns taking a pinfall loss here. Pick: Roman Reigns
Sean Rueter: It’s going to happen thanks to a lot of 946 interference in a match that WWE likely sees as a prelude to WarGames as much as champion vs. champion match, but I’ll take it. He shouldn’t beat Reigns 99 times out of a 100, but throw your one up, because this is that time. Pick: Sami Zayn
Kyle Decker: I’d like the Last Real Good Guy to pick up a win here, especially after he cut a killer promo on Roman and Roman responded with “Well, you’re a hoe.” But I don’t think both underdogs pick up the win and I think Chelsea needs it more. We could get a ton of 946 interferences to allow Sami to win, but I think Roman wins another. Pick: Roman Reigns
Claire Elizabeth: Sami’s surfing a hell of a wave these last weeks AND he’s in front of what amounts to a kind of hometown crowd for him? Yeah no sorry OTC, you don’t get this one. Pick: Sami Zayn
Cain A. Knight: Sami should win, if only so that all of Roman’s trash talk about the WWE championship being a secondary title isn’t validated. But guys like Roman Reigns don’t usually lose against guys like Sami Zayn, at least not in WWE. Pick: Roman Reigns
Marcus Benjamin: The law of negative momentum says this is Roman’s match to lose. However comma but everything happening with 946 provides the territory an opportunity to surprise me. Sami is on fire right at the same time The Bloodline’s rival crew is gaining momentum. Why wouldn’t they interfere in this match to piss off Roman even more? That gives Sami the win, proves Roman truly isn’t focused, and puts more heat on Royce Keys’ crew. Pick: Sami Zayn
Jon Velez-Jackson: If this event was taking place in any other place in the world, I would say Roman Reigns is going over without a doubt in my mind. But the Saudi Arabian crowd loves Sami Zayn, and the Saudi royal family cutting checks to WWE wants the fans to leave happy. However, in order to continue to protect Reigns, Zayn’s victory won’t come without outside interference or some degree of cheating. Pick: Sami Zayn
Josh Jagler: If I’m keeping it kayfabe, a 946 attack here fits the story pretty well. The two factions likely to lock up in War Games had a brawl involving 90% of the likely participants to close Raw, and Royce Keys’ crew getting involved here makes a ton of sense. What gives me pause, though, is whether they will fly the 6 members of the 946 to Saudi, just for a run-in? I also think that Sami Zayn can still be made to look good in a hard-fought loss. Pick: Roman, Roman Reigns
WWE Crown Jewel Championship: WWE Women’s Champ Chelsea Green vs. WWE Women’s World Champ Liv Morgan
Geno Mrosko: I am hoping and praying to the pro wrestling gods that this is where they go ahead with the Money in the Bank cash in so we can be done with it right now. Morgan is going to beat Green, and then it’s Tiffy Time one more. Pick: Liv Morgan
Sean Rueter: I had high hopes for this title reign giving my girl Chels some legitimacy she could carry through the rest of her career, allowing her to do more than just comedy or underdog stories. Those hopes have been dashed. So why give her another belt? At this point, if however much is left of her surely-brief run is going to be like the first month of it, I’m honestly ready for Tiffany Stratton to cash-in on her and end it. Anywho… Pick: Liv Morgan
Kyle Decker: Chelsea pretty much has to win this given they’ve been booking her like the biggest chump. I think she wins but can imagine Tiffany Stratton cashing right after. (Though that would muddy how the precious Crown Jewel championship works.) Either way, I don’t expect Chelsea to be champion by this time next week. Pick: Chelsea Green
Claire Elizabeth: I’m sorry I’m not in the least bit objective on this one, Chelsea is one of the only girls on the roster who shows even a slight proclivity towards the bouffant and I’m just tired of watching the Liv Morgan show in these parts. Pick: Chelsea Green
Cain A. Knight: Is Tiffany Stratton allowed to cash in her Money in the Bank contract to challenge for the Crown Jewel championship? She might as well try since she can’t figure out how to do it for the belts that actually matter. Anyway, I think Green desperately needs a win here to make up for recent booking that makes her look like a very weak champion. Pick: Chelsea Green
Marcus Benjamin: I really don’t like Chelsea’s booking. Really don’t. That booking won’t stop her from getting the win over Liv, who frankly, doesn’t need anymore gold. Pick: Chelsea Green
Jon Velez-Jackson: WWE Creative has done no favors to Chelsea Green throughout her title reign, but I think even they know they can’t keep expecting fans to tolerate her eating pins. Pick: Chelsea Green
Josh Jagler: Chelsea Green was one of the best babyfaces this company had right out of SummerSlam. Her booking since then has left a bit to be desired, but I think putting her back on the chase could help her character realize she actually belongs in a top spot. I think the most likely route here is Chelsea persevering through Judgment Day shenanigans, then getting cashed in on, setting up a face Patri-Hot chasing a heel Tiffy Time for the WWE Women’s Title. Pick: Chelsea Green, with a post-match cash-in
Last Man Standing: Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton
Geno Mrosko: I don’t even know. I think it’s at least possible that they back off the Rhodes “I’ll punt his head off when I get the chance” thing and he goes right back to being the true blue babyface QB1. I don’t know if that would be better or worse for all involved. Pick: Randy Orton
Sean Rueter: Are we still teasing a Cody heel turn? I forget. But I definitely know The Viper’s pursuit of WWE World title #15 intrigues me more than Rhodes’ pursuit of #4. Ergo… Pick: Randy Orton
Kyle Decker: Cody needs to win this one and put it to bed. It’s been a solid feud, but I don’t see how they extend it any further. Time for Cody to hit that punt and move one. Pick: Cody Rhodes
Claire Elizabeth: Cody’s got the eye of the tiger, babe, and if he can’t do the deal here he might as well pack it up and start carrying Randy’s bags like a young boy again. Pick: Cody Rhodes
Cain A. Knight: Cody Rhodes is going to punt Randy Orton’s head off in Saudi Arabia, and then the referee will count to 10 while Randy is laying there on the mat without a head. Pick: Cody Rhodes
Marcus Benjamin: I’m looking forward to this match. Mostly because I dig everything Randy does at the moment. Let that man cook and knock Cody down another peg. Pick: Randy Orton
Jon Velez-Jackson: Rhodes has been slowly — ever so slowly — showing more of an aggressive streak, which feels like the eventual end to the feud. BUT, I don’t think a full turn to The Dark Side will occur in Riyadh. Instead, Orton will get the W, and the feud will somehow carry one for at least one more PLE. Pick: Randy Orton
Josh Jagler: I Pick:
Tag match: The Vision (Bron Breakker and Austin Theory) vs. Penta and Je’Von Evans
Geno Mrosko: Penta and Evans as tag team champions could be cool but I don’t see it. Pick: The Vision
Sean Rueter: A cash-in doesn’t seem to be in the plans any time soon for Senor Dinero en el Banco, and a tag title reign is a good way to do it. And hey, if he’s wearing the belt every time he shows up with that dope-ass briefcase, it’ll be easier to remember who the tag champs are! Pick: Penta and Je’Von Evans
Kyle Decker: I don’t see a reason to do a change here. Penta and Evans are singles stars. It would be something for Penta to win a tag title without his brother too. Pick: The Vision
Claire Elizabeth: As always with Je’Von I pick with my heart, and with the added bonus that having the tag titles gives Penta something to do for a few months that isn’t bring the briefcase out in the last minutes of a show only to end up not cashing in because everybody else has seen the show before. Pick: Je’Von Evans & Penta el Zero M
Cain A. Knight: The Vision have defended the tag titles zero times on TV/PLE since winning them four months ago. Might as well pass these forgettable belts on to Penta, who is hot. I’m guessing that Oba Femi will show up to lend the babyfaces a helping hand after Bronson Reed cheats at ringside. Pick: Penta & Je’Von Evans
Marcus Benjamin: I think this is a good spot for the babyface team to get over. And yet more evidence that The Vision needs a major shakeup. Pick: Penta & Je’Von Evans
Jon Velez-Jackson: It would be so much fun to see Penta and Je’Von pick up the tag titles, but for the simple reason that I think the night will mostly be ruled by babyface victories, I’m going with The Vision. Pick: The Vision
Josh Jagler: I Pick:
