Today, Bay FC officially announced the appointment of Paul Green as their new Chief Football Officer.

closely with Kay, Emma and the wider football staff to keep building an ambitious squad that can compete consistently at the highest level.”
He will report directly to Kay Cossington, Chief Executive Officer of Bay Collective and head of global women’s football at Sixth Street – overseeing sporting operations and strategic development for Bay FC.

Green joins the NWSL club with over two decades of experience in women’s football. At Chelsea, he worked alongside current USWNT head coach, Emma Hayes. During his tenure, the club won 19 trophies, including eight league titles and six Women’s FA Cups.

Green will now work alongside head coach Emma Coates and the technical staff. They’ll look to take to the club to new heights with immediate and long-term success.
