Texas A&M returns to action for the first time since the massive 49-25 win over LSU in Death Valley, as they hit the road for a matchup with the Missouri Tigers. The 8-0 Aggies were off yesterday, as was Mizzou. The last action for the Tigers saw them come up short in a 17-10 loss to Vanderbilt that also saw starting quarterback Beau Pribula lost to injury.
According to FanDuel, Texas A&M is a 5.5-point favorite on the road against the Tigers. The over / under is set at 49.5 points. The Missouri defense
has been solid this season, and the Tigers have just two losses on the season, both by one score to ranked teams in Vanderbilt and Alabama. Texas A&M hopes it can replicate the success of its second half against LSU, where the squad rattled off 35 unanswered points before allowing a garbage-time touchdown.
Texas A&M leads the all-time series against Mizzou 10-7. The Aggies have beaten the Tigers in the last two meetings between the teams, including their 41-10 blowout of Missouri last season at Kyle Field. With a win over Missouri, Texas A&M would advance to 9-0 on the year, dramatically increasing its odds of securing a playoff appearance. Kickoff at Faurot Field is set for 2:30 p.m. CT on ABC.
