The Washington Commanders are 1-3-1 after Sunday’s home game against the New York Giants ended in a tie. This was a game where Jayden Daniels and the Commanders were in control the entire game, but they let the Giants come back in the 4th quarter. Then they couldn’t finish the game in overtime, and a lot of questions are being asked about how the final play failed so spectacularly.
The good news is the Commanders are in a weak NFC East, all four teams either lost or tied in Week 5. The division race
would have been a lot tighter if the Commanders took care of business in Landover, but anything could happen with the way these teams are playing.
rhe bad news is Washington has to travel west to California to take on the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football. The 49ers are one of three NFL teams that are still undefeated this season. They just beat the Seahawks in a sloppy division win. This will be one of the toughest games on the Commanders schedule this season.
