Harry Kane easily captured the Man of the Match poll, as voted by fans in the official Bundesliga app, from Bayern Munich’s 3-2 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.
The Bayern striker garnered 70% of the vote, with Eintracht counterpart Jonathan Burkardt capturing the next-highest total at 12% (as captured by @iMiaSanMia). Bayern’s Aleksandar Pavlović, who opened the scoring with a sensational volley, finished third with 6%.
As for Kane, he bagged himself a brace and now has 28 Bundesliga goals
on the season…still in the hunt for Robert Lewandowski’s extraordinary record. He did concede the penalty that led to Burkardt’s lone goal of the night, but hey. Without those two fantastic finishes, Bayern might well have been in a spot of trouble on the day as the visitors certainly made it very interesting late.
In the end, Kane finished in the way you expect from him and can almost take for granted. Just like Bayern, who keep on rolling in the Bundesliga.
