The Seattle Seahawks are gearing up for their biggest game in a decade with lingering questions surrounding the roster, thanks to a lengthy injury report.
All three of the Seahawks’ left tackles missed practice with lingering injuries for the second day in a row. Seattle’s head coach, Mike Macdonald, did give a favorable projection on starter Charles Cross, saying he’s “optimistic” that he’ll be able to play in the NFC Championship versus the Los Angeles Rams.

Jones and Amari Kight are “day-to-day.” Jones is still out with knee and ankle injuries, which held him out of the NFC Divisional round, and Kight is dealing with a knee injury that he suffered during that contest.
The Seahawks’ starting quarterback, Sam Darnold, remained limited in practice with an oblique injury, which he’s been dealing with since last week. It didn’t seem to bother him much while dominating the 49ers, so there is some cause for optimism there.
The only other Seahawks who were limited were backup guard Bryce Cabeldue and fullback Robbie Ouzts; everyone else was a full go. Here is the full report:
