The Munetaka Murakami posting process is happening in earnest and that means interest from teams is starting to get leaked. One team that looks like they’re at the forefront of the chase is the Phillies.
I’ve already written about how I believe the Phillies should be avoiding Murakami, so I’ll reiterate my stance: Phillies, move on.
Sign Tatsuya Imai if nabbing a Japanese player is your main objective since the team has shown they can work with pitchers much better than hitters.
