Yes, it’s still sinking in that Maxx Crosby is back with the Las Vegas Raiders.
Of course, for four days, he was agreed upon to be part of the Baltimore Ravens, but they nixed the trade. Now, Crosby is back with the Raiders and it time to pour over some more of his awesome stats.
The beautiful and unique aspect of Crosby is he is not a typical defensive end. They make their mark as pass-rushers.
Don’t et us wrong, Crosby is one of the best pass-rushers in the NFL. He is a tackle-for-loss machine and
he has 59.5 career sacks in seven seasons.
But unlike most pass-rushers, that not where Crosby’s value ends. He is also a huge problem against the run. Check out t his recent X post by NFL data analyst Aaron Schatz.
He is a league leader against the run. Some defenders are excel against the pass or the run. Few do both. Crosby is one of the few.
Welcome back, Maxx.
