The Buffalo Bills have claimed the last five AFC East division titles, and the expectation is that reigning NFL MVP Josh Allen and the Bills will once again cruise to another AFC East championship in 2025.
With the start of the season a little more than a week away, today’s edition of Buffalo Rumblinks leads off by previewing the state of the division and exploring why the Bills are the odds-on favorites to win their sixth straight division championship.

2025 AFC East preview
Led by dual-threat quarterback Josh Allen, the
emergence of wide receivers Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman, touchdown-scoring machine James Cook and a talented offensive line, the Bills are once again expected to boast one of the league’s most prolific scoring offenses.
On defense, the Bills have brought in new faces like defensive ends Michael Hoecht, Joey Bosa and rookie Landon Jackson, defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi and rookie T.J. Sanders, and cornerbacks Tre’Davious White and Maxwell Hairston to improve the deficiencies that saw the team once again fall to the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs.
