Barcelona have reportedly been left furious by Dro Fernandez’s agent Ivan de la Pena after learning the teenager wants to leave the club and join PSG.
Flick is “furious” at the development and the whole club are not happy with the youngster’s agent, according to RMC Sport.
The feeling in Catalunya is that De la Pena has been pushing Dro to sign for PSG, with Luis Enrique also said to have played a key role in the transfer.
De la Pena previously negotiated the transfer of goalkeeper Arnau Tenas from
Barcelona to PSG and is also accused of trying to move Eric Garcia to the French capital.
There was speculation earlier this year about a possible move on a free transfer before Garcia signed a new contract with Barca. Barca also believe that De la Pena has also previously “tried to send Gavi to the [French] capital.”
Fernandez is now expected to complete his move to PSG shortly.
Flick didn’t really want to speak about the transfer at his press conference earlier but did send a message to the club’s young players:
“If you want to play with Barça, then it has to be 100% with your whole heart. This is what I want to say to everyone: 100%. These colours, you have to live for them. All the others, I don’t want.”
