Well, Juventus certainly had an interesting week, didn’t they?
The first week of the 2025-26 season that featured a midweek European fixture was one that had plenty of thrills — a massive Juventus comeback
in stoppage time — as well as a rather large disappointment all of a few days later when Juventus returned to Serie A opposition against Hellas Verona.
It was good in some ways, bad in other ways, concern in more than one way.
Even though it’s now a few days on, we focused our discussion on everything that happened against Borussia Dortmund last Tuesday night. That’s, at least in part, because of the drab affair we saw from Juve against Hellas Verona over the weekened.
There’s still plenty to figure out about this squad — and it’s not like the schedule is going to get any easier over the next few weeks.
