Given LSU’s opponent and how many backups/younger players ended up playing, I don’t expect much positive movement in draft stock, and we actually see some negative movement.
But nonetheless, here is the updated list:
First Round
OT Jordan Seaton
TE Trey’Dez Green
Day 2
Second Round – S Ty Benefield
Second Round – EDGE Princewill Umanmielen (was 3rd round last week)
Third Round – LB Whit Weeks
Third Round – C Braelin Moore
Third Round – EDGE Jordan Ross
Third Round – S Dashawn Spears
Day 3
Fifth Round – QB Sam Leavitt (was fourth
round last week)
Notes:
The Kentucky game wasn’t a great showing for some of the players above, but Princewill Umanmielen is getting more recognition, and his production can not be overlooked anymore. People are definetly souring on Sam Leavitt, and that’s not shocking. He has not lived up to expectations, and although some of Lane Kiffin’s decisions near the game did not help, Leavitt needs to play better if he at least wants to get drafted early. A return to LSU seems more on the table at this point.
