The San Diego Padres have made their first move of the offseason with the signing of Lan-Hong Su, an 18-year-old right-handed pitcher out of Taiwan, to a minor league contract. He is listed at 6-1, 150
pounds and has been assigned to the Padres Brown in the Dominican Summer League.
