Fun fact: July is the only month in the calendar year without any University of Kentucky sporting events.
That doesn’t mean there isn’t activity. The basketball teams are hard at work in practice, and the football team is doing summer training.
However, it all stops this weekend as we celebrate the USA’s 250th year of independence. What an awesome milestone for our country, and we are thankful every day for the brave men and women who have made it possible.
