Nebraska won the first 7 in the series, and since they joined the Big Ten, the series is 5-3 (not including the vacated win) in their favor. The Cornhuskers won the meeting last year, a 38-27 game in Lincoln.

Prediction: Last week, I predicted a 38-17 loss for MSU. The 7-point differential in MSU’s output was my biggest miss of the season. But the 21-point margin I predicted was not far off from the actual result of 17, so I’m still feeling good. I shared my thoughts for the Nebraska game over on their site, Corn Nation.
