Good morning, baseball fans!
Another week of San Francisco Giants baseball comes to a close today. Which means it’s time to pick our favorite highlights of the week!
I have to be honest, as of the time this is being written, they have lost every game this week. And my week includes last weekend because these are pre-written. Sure, I could probably find a highlight or two in there somewhere. But I feel like you’ve all suffered enough having to watch everything the first time.
Instead, I’m going to share
one of my absolute favorite highlights to revisit. And that would be the game in which Tim Lincecum got three hits, as a batter, against the Los Angeles Dodgers back in 2010.
I will never forgive MLB for robbing us of the absolute joy of watching a pitcher getting a hit. It was one of my very favorite things in the whole world and I miss it dearly.
Anyway, feel free to share your favorite highlights of the week, or any other highlights, down in the comments! We could all use a little joy these days.
What time do the Giants play today?
It’s another day of breakfast baseball as the Giants wrap up their series against the Washington Nationals this morning at 10:35 a.m. PT.
