Mike McDaniel is out and Jeff Hafley is in as the Miami Dolphins head coach. Under McDaniel, the Dolphins practices were pretty laid back where players could choose the music if they had the orange jersey on. Under Hafley so far, practices have been more business like with some changes. While Hafley may change how things operate down the line, the mission right now is setting the tone and foundation with a young roster.
