The Blazer’s Edge Best Things Ever Tournament rolls onward today with Day 5 of the first round bracket on tap. For those not familiar, this is our attempt to pass time and generate interesting, if lighthearted, conversation during the slow days of the NBA summer. We’re still bringing you all our regular coverage each day. This is just a side trip, sightseeing for fun! Y’all are good at debating and analyzing basketball. This matchup pits Breaking Bad versus Sunscreen.
Breaking Bad is widely considered one of the best television series ever. It chronicles the journey of mild-mannered chemistry teacher Walter White as he faces a midlife (perhaps end-of-life) crisis turned up to 11 and ventures down a slippery slide of drug manufacturing. The acting, dialogue, and many of the episodes are considered iconic.
Sunscreen, on the other hand, is a modern convenience that keeps us safe from sunburn and worse. Spray it, slather it, or oil it on…it’s pretty much a summer necessity.
