UFC middleweight veterans Darren Till and Luke Rockhold are scheduled to fight in the upcoming Misfits Boxing 22: “Ring of Thrones” pay-per-view (PPV) main event on DAZN on Sat., Aug. 30, 2025 at AO Arena in Manchester, England. In the Misfits 22 co-headliner, former UFC lightweight contender Tony Ferguson will make his boxing debut opposite promotion mainstay Salt Papi.
All four combatants will take the stage this afternoon for the Misfits 22 press conference, which airs LIVE at 12 p.m. ET in the embedded
video above. Dillon Danis, Chase DeMoor, and Carla Jade are also expected to appear at today’s media gathering. Not that anyone has anything that compelling to talk about, but press conference staredowns almost always come with some extracurricular activity.
“Sometimes it’s hard to tell with Darren, what he’s really thinking or if he’s just saying things to mess with the opponent,” bareknuckle brawler, Mike Perry, told Bloody Elbow. “Luke, you can kind of mess with him. He’ll take what you say and get upset about it or something. I think Darren will outbox Luke, but I wouldn’t mind seeing Luke with gloves on be a new mythical fighter.”
Would certainly be better than becoming a bareknuckle “dumbass.”
Till, 32, is 3-0 as a boxer with two victories coming under the Misfits banner, including his decision nod over Darren Stewart back in May. As for Rockhold, 40, this marks his first foray into the “sweet science” after bouncing around the combat circuit over the last couple of years.
