Most U.S. professional sports are designed for teams to lose on purpose during bridge years in order to get a better chance at a young prospect. It’s more worrisome for the NBA — a league that’s under
scrutiny for it’s lack of integrity. That’s not mentioning how the new CBA essentially forces teams to build through the Draft.
In a rational world that doesn’t reward losing, this wouldn’t be the case. But Nets fans, along with several other fanbases, are simply products of their environment. Given the discourse around the Nets fanbase, we wanted to hear from you about Brooklyn’s “strategy” (aka tank) this season.
